Time Commitment: Full-Time

Monthly Base Compensation

USD $1,500–$2,500 per month, depending on experience, strategic capability, AI expertise, business transformation experience, and overall alignment with the role.

Performance Incentives

About the Role

As our AI Strategy Manager, you'll partner directly with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and implement AI opportunities across the organization.

You'll analyze business processes, evaluate emerging technologies, develop strategic recommendations, coordinate implementation, measure outcomes, and continuously improve how Human Intelligence operates.

This is an AI-native leadership role requiring strong strategic thinking, business analysis capability, commercial awareness, communication skills, and operational execution.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

We're looking for an exceptional strategic thinker who combines commercial awareness, operational capability, analytical thinking, and AI expertise.

You should have:

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business transformation, operations, digital transformation, innovation, or executive advisory.
• Demonstrated experience leading strategic initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Strong business analysis and process improvement capability.
• Experience presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Exceptional organizational capability.
• Strong commercial awareness.
• Ability to work independently within a fully remote environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail.

AI Strategy Experience

We're specifically looking for someone who actively uses AI as part of their strategic thinking and daily workflow.

In addition to your monthly retainer, you'll be eligible for monthly performance incentives of up to USD $500+, based on measurable contribution, including:
