AI Solutions Engineer – German-speaking / Spanish & Italian-speaking

To support our client's continued international growth, we're currently hiring two AI Solutions Engineers: one supporting the German-speaking market and one supporting the Spanish and Italian markets.

This role is designed for engineers who enjoy solving customer problems by combining technical expertise with practical implementation.

Please note that, while this position is advertised as AI Solutions Engineer, the internal job title is Forward Deployment Engineer.

You'll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, AI, and Customer Success, helping customers successfully deploy AI-powered communication solutions. Rather than working from detailed specifications, you'll collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to design integrations, automate workflows, and continuously improve implementations based on real-world feedback.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Design and deploy AI-powered customer workflows, automations, and integrations.

• Build integrations using APIs, webhooks, authentication, and modern integration patterns.

• Develop lightweight applications and supporting code to solve customer-specific challenges.

• Troubleshoot production environments and optimize AI deployments.

• Influence product development by translating customer feedback into product improvements.

• Build reusable deployment templates and implementation best practices that scale across customers.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has solid commercial software engineering experience and enjoys solving practical customer challenges.

• Has experience working with APIs, webhooks, authentication, and cloud-based applications.

• Understands modern AI technologies, including LLMs, prompting, AI workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Enjoys translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Approaches engineering pragmatically, balancing speed with reliability.

• Is comfortable working independently in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Speaks either native German or native/near-native Spanish and Italian, and

communicates confidently in English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript, Python, or modern backend frameworks.

• Experience working with workflow automation platforms such as n8n.

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, monitoring, observability, and production

debugging.

• Experience working with conversational AI, voice technologies, or CRM integrations.

• A genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.

• Competitive annual compensation of €65,000–€95,000.
