AI Solutions Consultant

About the Role

Join an AI and machine learning team building customer-facing voice AI experiences. You will guide customers from discovery through production implementation, translating their workflows into effective AI solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead post-sales implementations from signed contract through launch, partnering with customers to understand their standard operating procedures, workflows, and customer experience goals.

• Define the desired AI-driven experience and document business logic, requirements, and implementation specifications for applied AI engineers.

• Coordinate technical integrations across APIs, webhooks, CRMs, contact center platforms, and customer data systems.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a related role, including hands-on implementation work.

• Experience owning complex enterprise or mid-market implementations through production launch.

• Technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, CRMs, data structures, and system integrations.

• Hands-on experience building, implementing, or configuring real-time, multi-turn voice AI agents, and familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

• Contact center, conversational AI, or call center implementation experience is valued.

• Experience in legal, insurance, or financial services intake operations is helpful. Candidates should have experience working outside government, banking, or other large, slow-moving regulated environments.

• Comfort working in a fast-moving, ambiguous startup environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $150,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.
