Executive Functioning Coaching: One-on-one coaching focused on skills like time management, emotional regulation, organization, and impulse control)

Social Bloom: A structured group program that helps adults build meaningful friendships and social skills in a supportive, confidential setting

Love Bloom: Neurodivergent-friendly speed dating and connection events reimagined to feel safe, low-pressure, and genuinely fun.

Content plays a direct role in filling all of these programs — and you will play a central role in ensuring their success.
 

Your Role
 

Based on our proven success in Colorado, we are expanding to New York City with plans to grow nationally. You will architect and lead our AIdigital marketing strategy across social, content, paid, email, and B2B channels leveraging AI as a core operating layer, not an afterthought.

B2C marketing will include attracting and converting leads into coaching clients, Social Bloom group members, and Love Bloom event attendees. B2B marketing will include building Lisa's credibility and visibility within the professional and B2B community to generate referral partnerships with therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and other allied health professionals and communities; and supporting the recruitment of coaches as we expand into new geographic markets.

This role is for someone who builds AI tools to support our growth goals and initiatives. You'll own the AI strategy end-to-end: identifying where intelligent automation, AI-assisted content production, analytics, and personalized outreach can unlock growth, and then implementing those systems in close collaboration with our Content Manager, dev team, and executive team.

What You'll Do

 

AI Strategy & Systems Architecture 

This is the backbone of the role. You will:

  • Audit our current marketing workflows and identify the highest-leverage opportunities for AI integration
  • Design and implement AI-powered systems across content production, paid media, B2B prospecting, email automation, and analytics
  • Recommend, evaluate, and own our AI tool stack, from LLMs and workflow automation platforms to data enrichment and personalization tools
  • Collaborate with the Content Manager, dev team, and executive team to ensure AI-driven outputs align with Lisa's voice, brand values, and growth objectives
  • Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and proactively bring new strategies to the table

B2B Outreach & Referral Development

  • Build and execute an AI-assisted prospecting system targeting therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, and aligned wellness professionals in the NYC market and beyond
  • Use AI tools for lead mining, contact enrichment, personalized outreach sequencing, and follow-up automation at scale
  • Develop and manage LinkedIn marketing strategies to grow Lisa's visibility and credibility within the professional community

Email & Automation

  • Build and manage automated messaging flows, lead tagging, list segmentation, and A/B testing
  • Leverage AI to personalize messaging at scale and optimize deliverability and engagement
  • AI-Forward CRM: Consultation, platform selection (or custom AI-build), setup, configuration, implementation

Paid Meta Advertising

  • Audience development, budget and bid management, retargeting, and creative performance analysis
  • Use AI-assisted tools for creative testing, audience modeling, and ROI optimization

Social Media Marketing

  • Demonstrated ability to drive social media engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to drive direct response actions (sign-ups, registrations, inquiries, referrals)

Landing Pages & Funnel Development

  • Strategy and coordination with the Content Manager and web development team
  • Build and manage full-funnel architecture (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU) with AI-informed optimization at each stage

Tracking & Analytics

  • UTM, GTM, and GA4 tracking across all organic, paid, email, and referral touchpoints
  • Performance reporting with AI-assisted insight generation and clear communication to the team

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in wellness, mental health, or coaching
  • Demonstrated ability to architect and implement AI-driven marketing systems. This is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have.
  • Proven track record using AI across at least two of the following: content production, paid media optimization, B2B prospecting and outreach, marketing automation, or analytics
  • Ability to evaluate and recommend AI tools independently, then execute on your recommendations
  • Genuine comfort with topics like mental health, neurodiversity, executive functioning, and holistic wellness
  • Self-directed, organized, and accountable to own outcomes, not just tasks
  • Strong communicator who can translate AI strategy into clear, collaborative direction for a small team

Nice To Have

  • Personal or professional connection to the neurodivergent community
  • Experience marketing to or communicating with healthcare or mental health professionals
  • Background in health coaching, integrative nutrition, or a related field
  • Experience growing a personal brand or thought leadership platform
  • SEO: on-page, Google Search Console, technical SEO
  • Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or display advertising
