Automation / Integration / Zapier Developer (Remote)

And we’re looking for an Automation / Integration / Zapier Developer to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Map business processes and build automation workflows using triggers, actions, filters, paths, webhooks, and data transformations.
2. Integrate SaaS platforms and APIs using secure credentials, validation, and error handling.
3. Create and maintain workflows that integrate systems across multiple companies and business operations.
4. Build AI-powered bots and automation solutions to improve company-wide workflows and communication.
5. Integrate different systems, tools, and information sources into centralized and efficient workflows.
6. Test workflows, monitor failures, troubleshoot issues, and manage workflow versions.
7. Document workflows and create support procedures for ongoing maintenance.
8. Gather and clarify requirements, acceptance criteria, technical constraints, and priorities.
9. Build, configure, troubleshoot, test, and maintain systems and software relevant to the role.
10. Work on automation initiatives across Hospitality, Real Estate, Property Management, and Construction operations.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in automation, integrations, or Zapier development
• Demonstrated portfolio, code samples, or relevant technical work
• Strong proficiency with Zapier
• Experience with Make or n8n
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON
• Experience with Git and code repositories
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Working knowledge of version control, testing, security, and software delivery practices
• Strong experience with Claude and its available tools — Priority
• Ability to build and maintain complex automation workflows
• Ability to work independently and manage technical projects from requirements through implementation

Technical Requirements:

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Location: This is a remote job

Salary Package:

• PHP 89,500.00
