Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. 

As an Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our affiliate partners, driving traffic, and optimizing performance to maximize results. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the growth and success of our company's marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience working with Tier-1 markets in Affiliate Marketing (iGaming industry).
• Hands-on experience with brands on the operator/advertiser side.
• Strong knowledge of commission models: RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee, and Listing Deals.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track traffic performance and campaign conversions.
• Confident user of Google Sheets.
• Bonus: а personal network of active Tier-1 partners ready for collaboration.

Soft Skills:

• Upper Intermediate English (B2-C1).
• Strong stress-management and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and onboarding new partners for iGaming traffic via niche communities, public pages, forums, chats, industry events, etc. (SEO, E-Mail, PPC, ASO, FB, etc.).
• Working with Tier-1 markets.
• Managing and nurturing relationships with existing partners.
• Providing partners with guidance on setup, statistics, and traffic analytics.
• Conducting monthly commission reviews, monitoring incoming traffic, and preventing fraud using in-house tools and the analytics team.
• Preparing and maintaining regular traffic reports.
• Achieving planned KPIs through the use of company tools.
• Participating in international exhibitions and representing the company’s products at these events.
