Affiliate Manager (Leadgen)

ClickDealer is looking for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team and scale US lead generation traffic.

ClickDealer is a top-5 global CPA network with over 13 years in performance marketing. We work with 2,000+ advertisers across 20+ verticals and operate globally with headquarters in the Netherlands and offices worldwide.

Requirements
-3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably US-focused
-Proven experience with lead generation (CPL / CPA / TCPA)
Strong understanding of US traffic sources and funnels
-Ability to build and scale long-term affiliate partnerships
-Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with performance data
-Experience managing budgets, payouts, and traffic quality
-Understanding of compliance, fraud prevention, and lead quality control
-High-level negotiation and communication skills

Responsibilities
-Recruit, onboard, and scale high-value US affiliates
-Own and manage multiple lead generation campaigns
-Be fully responsible for partner performance, budgets, and revenue growth
-Monitor traffic quality, lead validation, and compliance requirements
-Consult affiliates and advertisers on offer setup, funnels, and optimization
-Act as the main point of contact for key partners
-Manage IOs, contracts, and payout updates
-Optimize payouts, creatives, and campaign conditions
-Maintain approval and payment processes for affiliates
-Manage top-tier accounts and develop long-term growth strategies
-Track market trends and identify new scaling opportunities
