RMG Talent is working with a fast-growing Forex & Crypto company that is seeking to onboard Affiliate Managers at Regular, Middle and Senior levels.
The successful candidates will be responsible for recruiting, managing and scaling profitable affiliate partnerships across international markets. The company is looking for commercially driven professionals with hands-on affiliate management experience, strong negotiation skills and the ability to deliver measurable results.
Seniority will depend on the candidate's experience, existing affiliate network, level of commercial ownership and demonstrated performance.
Position: Affiliate Manager – Forex & Crypto
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine / Remote
Model: On-site for those residing in Kyiv OR Fully Remote

Salary: USD 3,000–5,000 gross per month, based on seniority and demonstrated results
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify, recruit and onboard affiliates capable of delivering qualified traffic to Forex and Crypto offers
• Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, publishers, Introducing Brokers (IBs) and traffic partners
• Negotiate commercial arrangements, including CPA, CPL, Revenue Share and Hybrid commission models
• Activate new partners and increase profitable traffic generated by existing affiliates
• Monitor key performance indicators, including deposits, First-Time Deposits (FTDs), conversions, acquisition costs, revenue, ROI and profit
• Evaluate traffic quality, identify suspicious activity and collaborate with relevant teams on fraud prevention
• Optimise affiliate performance across different geographical markets, traffic sources, offers and conversion funnels
• Work closely with marketing, sales and operations teams to improve campaign performance and commercial results
• Track and report affiliate portfolio performance using measurable campaign data
REQUIREMENTS:
Regular Affiliate Manager
• At least 1 year of relevant Forex/Crypto affiliate management experience
• Working knowledge of affiliate programmes and traffic acquisition
• Hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding, activating and monitoring partners
• Ability to develop an affiliate portfolio with guidance
Middle Affiliate Manager
• Proven ability to independently manage affiliate relationships
• Experience recruiting and activating revenue-generating partners
• Demonstrable results in FTDs, revenue, traffic volumes and profitability
• Ability to negotiate commercial terms and optimise partner performance
Senior Affiliate Manager
• Strong established network of active Forex/Crypto affiliates
• Proven track record of independently generating substantial revenue and profitable acquisition
• Experience scaling affiliate partnerships across multiple geographical markets
• Ability to negotiate significant commercial agreements and manage high-performing affiliate portfolios
• Demonstrable results covering profit, revenue, FTDs, active partner numbers and reporting periods
• High level of commercial ownership, autonomy and strategic decision-making
