Responsibilities

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Health Policy Administration 
• At least 4 years healthcare financial operations or consulting work experience 
• At least 3 years project management work experience 
• At least 2 years accounting and finance work experience  
• At least 2 years people management experience 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 
• Ability to negotiate effectively, analyze and perform routine and complex problem resolution

Expectations

• Comfortable with remote work arrangements and virtual collaboration tools  
• May require up to 40% travel for client meetings, conferences, or training 
• Physical demands include extended periods of sitting, computer use, and telephone communication
