Also known in the market as: Integrated Campaign Specialist; Campaign Marketing Specialist; Marketing Campaign Manager; Demand Generation Campaign Specialist.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys ownership. You will manage campaign plans, calendars, assets, approvals and launch readiness, then track performance and turn results into practical optimization recommendations.

You will work in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and not every answer is available at the start. Curiosity, organisation and proactive follow-through will be central to success.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the creation and launch of integrated campaigns across digital, paid media, email and social channels.
  • Translate campaign messaging and positioning into channel-ready assets and activation plans.
  • Own campaign calendars, milestones, briefs, asset trackers and launch checklists.
  • Coordinate with campaign management, Product Marketing, Centres of Excellence and sales activation teams.
  • Work with creative agency partners to manage assets, feedback and timely delivery.
  • Manage quality assurance, approvals, hand-offs and go-live readiness.
  • Monitor live campaign performance and support monthly, quarterly and post-campaign reporting.
  • Use campaign insight to recommend practical optimizations and improve future execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in marketing or campaign execution with clear evidence of personal ownership.
  • Understanding of integrated marketing and digital channels, including paid media, email and social.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with close attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Confidence coordinating work across internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Ability to use campaign metrics and reporting to identify insight and support optimization.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with a collaborative working style.
  • A proactive and curious approach, including comfort finding answers and progressing work amid ambiguity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  • Experience in higher education, advertising agencies, B2B marketing or the US education market is helpful but not essential.
