About the Role

The Administrative Specialist I is responsible for learning and accurately executing established administrative processes, systems, and workflows that enable the Learning Division to operate effectively.

This role provides administrative support across the division, helping ensure that established processes are completed accurately, consistently, and on time.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and eager to learn new processes and tools. They take pride in completing work accurately, meeting deadlines, and following established procedures.


Core Areas of Responsibility

Evidence of Engagement

  • Execute established processes for collecting, maintaining, monitoring, and reporting Student Engagement data, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.

Student Records & Compliance

  • Complete established administrative processes related to student records, documentation, compliance requirements, and data integrity, ensuring information remains accurate, accessible, and up to date.

Division Metrics & Reporting

  • Complete recurring reporting processes and update dashboards, scorecards, records, and performance metrics according to established procedures and timelines.

Rhythm of Business

  • Support recurring operational cadences, communications, planning cycles, leadership support activities, and follow-through processes by completing assigned tasks accurately and on schedule.

Productivity Tools & Operational Systems

  • Use and maintain administrative systems, documentation, workflows, and productivity tools according to established processes and guidelines.

Process Execution & Support

  • Learn and consistently follow established administrative processes across the Learning Division. Identify and communicate process issues, errors, or recurring challenges to the appropriate team member or manager.

Success Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Accuracy and timely completion of assigned administrative processes

  • Quality and consistency of reporting and data entry

  • Consistent adherence to established processes, procedures, and deadlines

  • Timely identification and escalation of errors, exceptions, or process issues

  • Positive feedback from leaders, educators, families, and cross-functional partners

Reporting Line

This role reports to the Office Manager, Learning Division.
