We're looking for an Administrative & Marketing Support Specialist who is organized,
proactive, and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is ideal
for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys solving problems, and is comfortable supporting both
internal teams and customers. You'll assist with administrative tasks, marketing support, and
CRM management while helping improve processes as our company continues to grow.

Qualifications
● Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level Minimum).
● Enthusiastic, positive attitude, eager to work with others and solve problems.
● Previous administrative or customer support experience required.
● Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM is required.
● Familiarity with Meta platforms and digital marketing.
● Comfortable working with spreadsheets and organizing data.
● Experience utilizing AI tools to improve productivity.
● Excellent customer service and communication skills.
● Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, go-getter mindset.
● Ability to professionally de-escalate customer concerns and difficult situations.
● Highly trustworthy, organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple
priorities.

Responsibilities
● Build and maintain customer payment portals.
● Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
● Assist customers and internal team members with administrative requests.
● Maintain and update information within GoHighLevel CRM.
● Support marketing initiatives and behind-the-scenes campaign management.
● Organize and maintain spreadsheets and operational records.
● Utilize AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.
● Assist with Meta marketing support and related administrative tasks.
● Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
● Collaborate with team members to support business growth and daily operations.
