We are looking for a talented Administrative Associate - Level IV to join our team specializing in Human Resources for our Cummins Inc. facility in Indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Safeguarding Confidentiality and Trust: By maintaining secure records and handling sensitive information discreetly, you will build trust and uphold the integrity of the leadership office.
  • Driving Operational Excellence: Through budget monitoring, expense reporting, and process oversight, you will help ensure the office runs smoothly and cost-effectively.
  • Supporting Strategic Decision-Making: Your ability to gather, analyze, and present information in memos, reports, and presentations will empower leadership with the insights they need.
  • Mentoring and Supporting Colleagues: As a formal resource for less experienced team members, you will foster a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.
