HR Consultant - Remote Flexibility for Local DMV Candidates
About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our repeat client is a long-standing non-for-profit organization in Washington, DC!
- Due to a project, they are hiring a temporary HR Consultant.
- Position is remote for local DMV candidates.
- Pay: $53-55/hr, depending on experience
- Duration: until project is complete
Overview of the HR Consultant role:
- Employee Handbook Review and Revamp
- Leave Management and Administration
- Recruitment
- SOP development
- HR Compliance
- Employee Relations
- Ad hoc projects/reporting
Preferred Qualifications for the HR Consultant:
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
- Domestic and Global experience is preferred
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, SPHR certification is preferred
- Extremely organized, able to multi-task effectively and attentive to detail
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to work independently
