The Administrative Assistant will support office operations by performing routine, detail-oriented tasks and managing project collections. Responsibilities include working across multiple systems and portals while maintaining professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
We are seeking a full-time Administrative Specialist to support our office operations. This position’s focus will be working with clients performing a specific detail- oriented routine and repetitive tasks each day. Full Time position expected to work Monday – Friday | 8AM-4:30PM CDT.
Responsibilities & Expectations
- Work with our Project Collections Supervisor and Team
- Ability to work in multiple systems and portals daily.
- Exhibit polite and professional communication in person, via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Other duties assigned by Projects Team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Must have the ability/skill to multi-task
- Must have Administrative experience.
- Some background knowledge in Medical Billing and/or Patient Insurance Eligibility Verification experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Great Communication Skills.
- Must have ability to work independently as well as effectively communicate with team members
- 40-hour work week Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
