What You’ll Be Crafting

• Assist the marketing team in setting up and launching social media advertisements across various platforms.
• Provide administrative and operational support to managers and the marketing department.
• Handle general administrative duties including documentation, filing, scheduling, and report preparation.
• Coordinate and communicate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and influencers for marketing campaigns and collaborations.
• Follow up on campaign timelines, deliverables, and communication with external parties.
• Support managers with ad hoc tasks and special assignments when required.
• Maintain organized records of marketing activities, invoices, and campaign materials.

Your Superpowers

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Well-versed in both English and Chinese.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic social media platforms.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
