As a Field Sales Representative, you recruit local businesses to join a hub delivery partner program by visiting them in person, presenting the opportunity, and guiding them through the application process. The position requires regular travel within your territory and offers uncapped commission potential based on the number of partners you successfully convert.

Responsibilities
  • Visit prospective local businesses door to door in targeted areas, including Brooklyn and the Bronx, to promote the delivery partner program.
  • Present and pitch the new delivery partner program opportunity to prospective businesses in a clear, compelling, and professional manner to generate interest and encourage them to apply.
  • Qualify prospective businesses based on program criteria and guide them step by step through the application process.
  • Lead and track sales and outreach activities using Salesforce, ensuring that all leads, interactions, and pipeline stages are accurately documented and maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Field Manager and other team members to plan, coordinate, and host recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
  • Work with the Field Manager to engage local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and program awareness.
  • Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure data is current, accurate, and organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and enrolled businesses, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the onboarding process.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory using reliable transportation to consistently meet outreach and recruitment goals.
  • Actively contribute to achieving and exceeding recruitment targets, maximizing commission potential through successful business conversions.
Essential Skills
  • 1–2+ years of field sales experience, with a proven ability to sell products or programs in person.
  • 1–2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service, demonstrating strong client-facing skills.
  • Field sales experience is required, including comfort with door-to-door outreach and in-person presentations.
  • Account management experience, with the ability to manage a pipeline of prospects from initial contact through conversion.
  • CRM experience is required, with Salesforce strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, including managing leads, tracking activities, and updating pipeline stages.
  • Ability to import and manage data using Excel and upload it into Salesforce on a regular basis.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with local business owners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly explain program details and benefits.
  • Bilingual ability required, with priority for Spanish, followed by Mandarin, and other languages as needed.
  • Ability and willingness to travel throughout Brooklyn and the Bronx as part of daily responsibilities.
  • Reliable transportation to move efficiently within the territory, particularly around Brooklyn.

Work Environment

This role is based in Queens, NY, with a headcount of five team members in the area. You work primarily in the field, traveling throughout Queens and frequently into Brooklyn and the Bronx to visit local businesses and attend community events. The position involves regular in-person interactions with business owners, community organizations, and local influencers. You use Salesforce as the primary CRM platform and Excel for data management, importing spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. The role offers uncapped commission potential, with targeted additional earnings of over $25,000 annually and six-figure earning potential for high performers. You receive a bonus for each application submitted and additional bonuses for partners that are ready for launch, along with a monthly phone reimbursement and mileage reimbursement at a specified rate per mile. The environment is fast-paced and field-focused, with a strong emphasis on relationship building, community engagement, and achieving measurable recruitment results.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
