Accountant (Project Accountant)

Role Overview:
The Financial Support Officer / Accountant (Mid-Level) is responsible for providing financial and accounting support to ensure accurate financial reporting, project cost monitoring, budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, and compliance with company policies.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare and maintain financial records.

• Process accounts payable and receivable.

• Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts.

• Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking.

• Prepare monthly financial reports.

• Support payroll processing.

• Prepare invoices and monitor client payments.

• Assist with audits and statutory reporting.

• Maintain financial documentation and filing systems.

• Support procurement and contract payment processes.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.

• 3–5 years' accounting or finance experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
