🎯 What's your mission?

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth by pursuing new opportunities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth project transitions from scale‑up to production.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

  • Account Ownership & Growth:
    Independently manage and grow assigned customer accounts, driving and creating new business opportunities to strengthen market presence and support top‑ and bottom‑line results.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.

  • Market & Competitor Insight:
    Monitor customer activities, market trends, and competitor movements to identify opportunities and support informed decision‑making.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Collaborate with the marketing and development team to develop and implement effective account and sales strategies that drive commercial success.

  • Presentations & Proposals:
    Deliver compelling product presentations and prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to support customer engagement.

  • Creativity & Value Creation:
    Generate insights, introduce new ideas, and inspire customer interest to differentiate the company in the market.

  • Performance Delivery:
    Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through disciplined account management and strong execution.

This role will be based in Thailand.

✅ What you need to shine in this role

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science.

  • 5-7 years experience in Fragrance or Personal Care and Home care

  • Good command in spoken & written English.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Must possess a valid driving license & own a car.

  • Fluent in English and Thai are required.

  • Other languages will be an asset
