We’re seeking an Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of relationships, strategy, and results.
This is not just a “check-in” role. You will be the connective tissues between our corporate partners and their franchisees who lean on us to provide successful output with their local digital marketing initiatives. You’ll build lasting relationships, navigate through tough conversations, and drive campaign pipelines that deliver real value for our partners on a consistent basis.
This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations:
Colorado, Florida, Arkansas, Illinois, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Puerto Rico

A Day in the Life
- Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate partners, serving as a key point of contact and trusted advisor
- Grow client accounts through corporate location expansion, subsidized budget acquisition, franchisor and franchisee referrals, and new product ideas
- Collaborate with clients to identify and facilitate the development of branded digital advertising creative campaigns
- Own and facilitate inbound/outbound client communications and performance
- Facilitate periodic business health reviews
- Translate account performance data into clear narratives and actionable insight
- Stay current on digital advertising and local marketing trends
- Be accountable for retaining clients and identifying/addressing churn risks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, operation and media
- Track and maintain accurate account records, forecasting, and pipeline
- Represent Local Hero with professionalism and empathy
Here’s What You Need to Get Our Attention
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or client success in a digital marketing or related environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of retaining and growing client accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience building and managing client pipelines with a structured, deadline-driven approach
- Comfort interpreting and presenting media/performance metrics (impressions, CTR, clicks, CPC, etc.)
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously without dropping the ball

Compensation: $75,000.00/year base with a 10% bonus opportunity
