RESPONSIBILITIES

What You’ll Do / Your Impact

Client Partnership & Risk Strategy

  • Support clients with renewals, claims coordination, policy analysis, and benefit program execution for large, complex employer groups
  • Collaborate with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
  • Contribute to client retention and growth initiatives by supporting Account Executives and maintaining strong client relationships

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain documentation in agency management systems and benefits administration platforms
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy of benefit materials, contracts, and communications
  • Support audits, reporting, and internal quality control processes to uphold Enterprise service standards

Strategic Contribution

  • Assist in identifying coverage gaps, plan enhancements, and risk mitigation strategies for large group clients
  • Partner on new business opportunities, including RFP coordination, proposal development, and implementation support

 


QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring

Required

  • 1–3+ years of experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or related client service function
  • Experience in client service, consulting support, or benefits administration
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred

  • Experience with benefits administration systems, carrier portals, and agency management tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Professional certifications such as CEBS or Life & Health License (or ability to obtain)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation:
Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year
Eligible for performance-based bonus: Yes
