We’re looking for a people focused Account Manager based in Melbourne who is passionate about building strong customer relationships, delivering outstanding service, and identifying opportunities to help clients grow.

In this role, you will manage key wholesale customer accounts, act as a trusted advisor, and work closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service and commercially valuable outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Customer Success & Relationship Management
  • Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of wholesale customers
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand customer goals, challenges, and business priorities
  • Deliver proactive support and ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Lead regular customer reviews (QBRs), sharing insights and opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Growth & Commercial Outcomes
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion
  • Support contract renewals and commercial discussions
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing to tailor solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and account planning

You’re a confident relationship builder who enjoys working closely with customers and internal teams. You balance commercial thinking with a genuine focus on customer outcomes.

  • Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B client-facing roles
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially aware with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Telecommunications, Data, Voice, NBN, or wholesale experience desirable
  • Experience with MVNO/MVNE or complex service environments
  • Familiarity with QBRs and customer lifecycle management frameworks
  • Technical or operational exposure to service delivery environments
