We are seeking an Account Manager for a fast-growing advertising technology company that helps brands and agencies deliver smarter, data-driven advertising campaigns through innovative audience targeting and AI-powered media solutions.

You will manage and grow relationships with agency and advertiser partners while driving the successful execution of digital advertising campaigns. As a key client-facing representative, you will work closely with internal commercial, strategy, operations, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, support campaign delivery, and ensure clients receive exceptional service and results.


Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, planners, and advertising stakeholders.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and engagement.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to support client objectives through tailored advertising and media solutions.

  • Conduct regular client meetings, business reviews, presentations, and campaign discussions.

  • Understand client goals, campaign requirements, and business challenges to provide strategic recommendations.

  • Stay informed on industry developments, market trends, and emerging advertising technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.

  • Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities across the company's product portfolio.

Strategic Planning & Account Growth
  • Partner with internal strategy teams to develop customized media and audience targeting solutions.

  • Collaborate with commercial and strategy stakeholders to identify opportunities for new business and account expansion.

  • Support the development of strategic proposals, presentations, and recommendations that align with client objectives.

  • Contribute market intelligence and client feedback to help shape future business opportunities and product enhancements.

Campaign Management & Execution
  • Develop detailed media plans, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and campaign recommendations.

  • Coordinate campaign setup and ensure all required assets and deliverables are received and implemented accurately.

  • Monitor campaign pacing, performance, and delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle.

  • Work closely with operations and performance teams to optimize campaigns and resolve any issues proactively.

  • Prepare and deliver campaign reports, insights, and post-campaign analyses that demonstrate performance and business impact.

  • Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and in accordance with agreed timelines and objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver integrated client solutions.

  • Facilitate effective communication between internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Build strong internal partnerships to ensure seamless campaign execution and client success.

  • Support process improvements and initiatives that enhance the client experience.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital advertising, media, marketing, ad-tech, or a related industry.

  • Experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management, Client Services, Media Planning, Sales Support, Campaign Management, or Ad Operations.

  • Understanding of digital advertising, media planning, audience targeting, and campaign performance metrics.

  • Experience working with agencies and advertiser clients is highly preferred.

Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capability to simplify complex concepts for clients.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
