Remote NL, with some travel requirements 

About the role 

Aptean is looking for talented individuals to join our successful team in the NL! We have multiple positions open across various product lines, for ambitious individuals looking to boost their Sales career. 

So, what will you be doing in this role? Day to day, our Account Managers are responsible for looking after and managing our existing customers. This means you will be doing a number of different things, from managing customer relationships with influencers and decision makers, to promote loyalty and high customer retention. To identifying opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell additional Aptean products, add-on licenses, upsell modules and next version upgrades. You will work with and be supported by our dedicated and experienced Sales teams, we will also provide you with our Sales training courses, to begin to develop your core skills. 

In this role you will work with our OEE product, focused on improving the Overall Equipment effectiveness (OEE) and dedicated to supporting customers within the Industrial manufacturing, process manufacturing and Food & Beverage verticals! 

About you 

We are flexible about the amount of experience you may bring. We are looking for a person with a couple of years of experience in the IT/SaaS industry, looking to learn more! Most importantly, we are looking for those with drive, ambition and motivation plus a slight competitive edge!
