Account Growth & Acquisition: Drive revenue by identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities and proactively pursuing new business leads through networking and strategic outreach.
Customer Success & Strategy: Monitor account health and provide tailored, data-driven solutions to help clients maximize the value of our platform.
Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a lead for the account management team, mentoring junior staff and providing guidance to ensure alignment with company and client goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Sales, and Support teams to translate client feedback into product improvements and ensure seamless service delivery.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, KPIs, and growth strategies to executive leadership.
Lead high-level client meetings and site visits.
Resolve complex escalations by collaborating with internal technical and support teams.
Analyze account data to identify "health" trends and potential risks.
Maintain meticulous records of interactions to drive a unified customer experience.
