Role Purpose

As our dedicated US Domestic Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in accelerating our growth across the US market. Working alongside SDRs, Marketing, and Sales Leadership, you'll identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with US employers, becoming a trusted expert in the US financial wellness landscape.

This is a high-impact hunter role for someone who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and consistently winning new business.

What you'll be doing

Things move quickly at nudge, and we're always learning. That means we stay agile, and the responsibilities of this role will continue to evolve as we grow.

Responsibilities

Hunt: Relentlessly pursue new business opportunities across the US market. Leverage marketing campaigns, SDR support, industry relationships, and your own prospecting efforts to build a high-quality pipeline while developing strategic partnerships with consultants and brokerage firms.

Nurture: Guide qualified prospects through the sales process using a combination of virtual meetings, phone calls, and, where appropriate, in-person meetings.

Close: Own the sales cycle from qualified opportunity through to close, working cross-functionally with the wider nudge team to maximize your success in winning new customers.

Lead: Represent nudge in the market, building our brand awareness and acting as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.

• Own and exceed your assigned new business quota by selling nudge's financial wellness solution to US-headquartered employers.

• Become a subject matter expert in the US financial wellness and employee benefits landscape, confidently advising prospects on the complexities of employer-sponsored benefits and financial wellness programs.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• 5+ years of experience selling into the HR, employee benefits, or financial wellness technology space.

• A proven track record consistently exceeding new business revenue targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• A proactive hunter mentality, with a demonstrated ability to generate new opportunities alongside SDR support while taking ownership of building your own pipeline.

• A deep understanding of the US employee benefits ecosystem and the ability to navigate technically complex financial wellness conversations with HR and Benefits leaders.

• Experience building local partnerships with consulting firms and employee benefits brokers (preferred, but not required).

• A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach and a passion for winning new business.

• High levels of motivation, resilience, and self-drive.

What's in it for you?

We offer an open, collaborative, and supportive environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. As a fast-growing company, you'll gain broad experience while working alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.
