Your profile
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environments
- Strong ability to navigate complex decision-making processes with multiple stakeholders in upper mid-market and enterprise organizations
- Proven track record of successfully closing deals and managing complex sales cycles
- Solid understanding of procurement, manufacturing, or cost engineering processes
- High technical affinity and the ability to clearly translate software capabilities into business value
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for your topics and results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills combined with a strong technological understanding
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation to actively and hands-on contribute to revenue growth in a scale-up environment
- Structured, goal-oriented, and collaborative working style paired with strong CRM discipline

Your mission
- Own the entire end-to-end sales process in the North Rhine-Westphalia region—from initial outreach to successful deal closure
- Take full responsibility for revenue (MRR) and growth in your region
- Proactively generate new leads through networking and customer visits, working closely with your SDR
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams
- Conduct structured discovery calls and identify pain points across Procurement, Engineering, and Operations
- Present our software solutions convincingly and tailored to different target audiences
- Prepare offers, lead negotiations, and manage multi-stage sales cycles
- Own and maintain your sales pipeline, prioritize effectively, and keep deals on track
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, gather feedback, and contribute valuable insights
