Why this role is important:


As Younium continues to expand internationally, we are looking for experienced Account Executives to help grow our presence in the DACH region. You will play a key role in driving new business by identifying and engaging with B2B SaaS companies that are scaling their subscription operations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide prospects through complex buying journeys and help them understand how Younium can support their growth. This is a highly impactful role where you will represent Younium in the market, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and close strategic deals.

You’ll be based in Germany, and will take a leading role in expanding Younium's visibility and market presence.

What you’ll be doing:

You will own the full sales cycle from identifying opportunities to closing deals, with a strong focus on proactive prospecting, finding new opportunities, and building a strong presence in the market. As the DACH region are strategic growth markets for Younium, you will play a key role in opening doors, creating pipeline, and establishing stronger presence in the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actively prospecting and finding new opportunities within our ICP

  • Work with a modern sales tech stack with buying intent signals generated on weekly basis to engage relevant prospects.

  • Building and leveraging a strong network in the SaaS, Tech, ERP, CRM, and finance ecosystem to generate new leads

  • Being visible and active in the market by attending events, communities, and industry networks where our ICP and ecosystem are present

  • Engaging multiple stakeholders including CFOs, CEOs, and other C-level executives

  • Driving discovery meetings, managing complex sales cycles, and closing enterprise-level deals

  • Efficiently managing your pipeline in CRM with clear mapping of key stakeholders and economic buyer.

  • Working toward clear revenue targets

  • Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, solution specialists, and customer success

Who you are

We believe that you are a highly driven, pro-active sales professional who enjoys building pipeline and being active in the market.

You likely have:

  • 4–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales

  • A strong outbound mentality and a track record of creating pipeline and winning new business

  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles

  • Strong skills in building new relationships at the C-level, with the ability to open doors with CFOs, CEOs, and other senior stakeholders.

  • Strong domain understanding of revenue and finance operations enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.

  • Confidence to challenge the status quo and guide senior stakeholders with a clear point of view during enterprise sales cycles

  • Skilled and curious in using AI tools as part of your daily workflow for prospecting, research, deal preparation, and pipeline management

  • Strong communication skills with fluent or native German in addition to English

Location

This role will be based in Germany or Amsterdam with a hybrid or remote setup.
