Salary: $79,511.52-$110,834.59 per year

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Manage a portfolio of Dispensary of Hope network dispensing sites.
• Develop a professional partnership with each dispensing site to ensure a high return on investment for their subscription, meet their programmatic goals and receive best-in-class customer service through regular communication.
• Recruit new dispensing sites through development of referrals from active sites for the Network Expansion team as well as participating in sales led prospective site orientation calls.
• Onboard new dispensing sites to the network by educating new sites about Dispensary of Hope, training on use the online ordering system, coaching them on best practicesand agreement obligations, identifying potential issues and proactively managing any that might occur.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional requirements you'll need

• Internal and External Customer Service for sales and marketing
• Developing and giving presentations on network topics
• Project Planning and management
