We’re looking for a seasoned Account Executive who knows how to close.

Not a pipeline babysitter. Not someone who waits for deals to progress on their own.

We want someone who can run a strong discovery, identify the real business problem, handle objections confidently, and move clients from “thinking about it” to “let’s get started.”

This is consultative sales, not transactional selling. You’ll be speaking with founders, executives, and business owners who value directness, professionalism, and speed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For


Own the Full Sales Cycle

You'll manage opportunities from the first conversation through signed agreement and handoff.

This includes:

  • Pre-meeting attendance confirmation calls
  • Running discovery calls with business owners and decision-makers
  • Understanding hiring needs, business challenges, and growth goals
  • Recommending the right hiring solution and talent strategy
  • Presenting BruntWork's services confidently
  • Handling objections and creating urgency
  • Securing billing details and moving clients into recruiting
  • Viewing, vetting and presenting candidates.
  • Coordinating handoff to internal interview team once client has chosen candidates.
  • Keep accountability until the contract is signed.
No lead should go cold because of a lack of follow-up.



Run High-Quality Discovery Calls

You'll be expected to:

  • Ask strong discovery questions
  • Identify pain points and hiring bottlenecks
  • Challenge assumptions when necessary
  • Build trust quickly
  • Position yourself as an advisor, not just a salesperson
  • Set clear expectations around timelines, costs, and outcomes


Manage Your Pipeline Like a Professional

Pipeline management is not admin work. It's part of sales.

You'll be expected to:

  • Keep HubSpot clean and accurate
  • Maintain detailed notes on every opportunity
  • Ensure every deal has a clear next step
  • Follow up consistently and proactively
  • Maintain accurate forecasting
  • Drive opportunities through the pipeline with urgency

A full pipeline means nothing if it isn't moving.


Operate With Speed

Speed matters in our business.

You'll be expected to:

  • Respond quickly to inbound enquiries
  • Maintain high-quality written communication
  • Follow up relentlessly without becoming a nuisance
  • Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and onboarding teams to remove roadblocks

  • Achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain strong close rates from qualified opportunities
  • Convert inbound leads into recruiting starts
  • Secure billing details during or immediately after sales calls
  • Keep pipeline data accurate and current

Requirements

Must-Have

  • 7+ years of experience in a closing sales role
  • Proven success selling services in a B2B environment
  • Experience selling recruitment, outsourcing, staffing, consulting, SaaS, or similar solutions
  • Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A neutral and clear English accent.
  • Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM
  • Comfortable speaking with founders, executives, and business owners
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in offshore staffing or recruitment
  • Experience selling into the US, UK, Canada, or Australian markets
  • Understanding of hiring processes and workforce solutions
  • Experience working remotely with international teams
