About the Role

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support the recruitment of healthcare professionals for our clients in the US.

You will primarily be recruiting for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) within the ABA healthcare space.

You do not need previous ABA experience. If you have a background in recruitment, healthcare recruitment, medical recruitment, staffing, or agency recruitment, you'll be trained on the basics of ABA and the specific roles you're recruiting for.

We're looking for someone who understands the fundamentals of recruitment, is comfortable sourcing and approaching candidates, and has strong follow-through from initial outreach through to placement.

Requirements

What You'll Be Doing

• Source candidates for RBT and BCBA positions using LinkedIn and Aploy.
• Identify and approach suitable candidates based on the requirements of each vacancy.
• Conduct candidate outreach and follow up consistently.
• Use tools such as SignalHire to find candidate contact information when required.
• Screen candidates against basic role requirements.
• Keep candidate information and recruitment activity organized and up to date.
• Manage multiple candidates and vacancies at the same time.
• Work closely with the team to ensure positions are staffed within required timelines.
• Assist with onboarding coordination when required.
• Support the wider recruitment team with additional sourcing and administrative tasks.

Previous ABA recruitment experience is a bonus but not required.

You'll ideally have:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn or other recruitment platforms.
• Experience with candidate outreach and follow-up.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidates.
• Good follow-through and the ability to work independently.
• A willingness to learn new industries, roles, and recruitment processes.

Tools & Technology

You should be comfortable working with everyday recruitment and productivity tools, including:

• LinkedIn
• Aploy
• SignalHire
• Microsoft Excel
• Google Docs / Google Workspace
• Email
• ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools

You don't need to have used every platform before. What's important is that you're comfortable learning new systems and navigating different online tools.

Basic Computer Skills

You should be comfortable with:

• Navigating different websites and recruitment platforms.
• Logging into and managing multiple systems.
• Bookmarking and organizing frequently used websites.
• Creating and editing documents.
• Working with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Managing email and candidate communication.
• Learning new software and online tools quickly.

What You'll Learn

You don't need to be an ABA expert when you start.

During onboarding, you'll learn:

• The basics of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• What an RBT does.
• What a BCBA does.
• The basic requirements for each position.
• How to identify suitable candidates.
• The recruitment process and expectations for these roles.
