Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED.
- High-speed internet connection with a minimum of 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite).
- A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone.
- A quiet, secured workspace free from distractions.
- Professional and positive attitude with courteous telephone etiquette.
- Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting.
- Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment.
