Role: Partnerships Manager

Monthly Rate: $2150

Availability: Full-time - 40 hours/week

Requirements

Experience Needed/Responsibilities:

Outreach & Pipeline Execution

- Work a target list day to day.

- Run outreach sequences and follow-ups.

- Book meetings for the Head of Partnerships.

- Keep the Notion tracker current and accurate: every touch, status change, and next step logged.

- No partnership living in an inbox.

- Prep research and briefing notes on targets before calls.

Affiliate / Referral Support

- Send the standard affiliate/referral agreement (approved template).

- Shepherd new partners through onboarding.

- Stand up tracking links/codes and payouts.

- Keep partner records clean.

- Monitor partner performance and flag underperformers to the Head.

Co-Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate co-marketing execution.

- Schedule guest content swaps, webinars/workshops, community AMAs, and integration co-launches.

- Wrangle assets, approvals, and deadlines across partners and internal Marketing.

Podcasts & Media (Team Booking Coordination)

- Source and pitch podcast/stage opportunities.

- Manage the booking calendar for the leadership team: Paul, Amy, Hudson, David, and Charlie, and Aaron when the topic is CX.

- Match each person to shows that fit their voice.

- Handle scheduling, prep docs, and logistics for every appearance.

- Book customers for guest episodes and case-study features.

- Book and coordinate the media relationship; Marketing repurposes the resulting clips/quotes/content.

Conferences & Events (Logistics)

- Build attendee lists of partners and prospects.

- Book on-site meetings.

- Coordinate co-hosted dinners/happy hours.

- Handle speaking-slot logistics for the team.

- Follow up after events.

- Log everyone in the tracker.

- Route conversations to the Head to convert.

Partner Enablement & Support

- Produce and maintain partner enablement: assets, talking points, and co-branded materials so partners actually promote us.

- Keep signed partners active.

- Manage check-in reminders and cadence on behalf of the Head.

Authority & Guardrails

- Contracts: may NOT send our standard affiliate/referral agreement (approved template); no custom terms without the Head's sign-off.

- Spend: may not commit any money. All paid partnerships and budget route through the Head of Partnerships to Amy (COO) for approval.

- Negotiation: supports the Head in deal negotiation; does not commit terms or close deals independently.

- Vendor management sits with Operations, not this role.

- Brand consistency: all co-marketing and paid placements match TradeRated brand and messaging.

Tools & Attribution

- Own tracker hygiene as the source of truth: every touch and status change logged in Notion.

- Set up and maintain tracking links/codes and reporting under the Head's attribution framework so co-marketing and paid partnerships stay measurable, not just booked.

Good to have:

- Familiarity with the trades, home services, or SaaS industry.

- Experience with affiliate management tools, Notion, GoHighLevel, or outreach platforms.

- Prior VA or agency experience (e.g., Coconut VA).

- Familiarity with the company's ICP and target verticals, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and related industries.

Non-negotiable Requirements:

- **2+ years of experience** in partnerships, business development, sales operations, affiliate/marketing coordination, or executive/virtual assistant support.
