The Regional Claims Analyst provides technical consultation and training to claims personnel regarding casualty claims for Agribusiness operations. They analyze case exposures, manage defense counsel performance, and collaborate with leadership to improve operational results.

Manage a team of P&C supervisors and field representatives focusing on large loss and complex litigated claims. Provide strategic leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee the resolution of high-exposure agricultural insurance claims.
