Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Pay & Bill stream within a global workforce platform programme. This includes managing payroll automation, system integrations, data migration, and the transition to a new Target Operating Model.

Support Product Managers in day-to-day operations, delivery coordination, and maintaining product backlogs. Coordinate agile ceremonies and act as a liaison between Engineering, Operations, and other stakeholders.
