This role involves building a high-performing team and partnering with cross-functional leaders to modernize self-service analytics and predictive capabilities.
The Senior Program Manager will lead complex technology initiatives across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Workplace Technology while maturing the IT PMO. They are responsible for driving program planning, managing cross-team dependencies, and providing executive-level reporting on project progress and strategic impact.
You will design and build scalable web applications and APIs while partnering with product managers and designers to deliver thoughtful technical solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
Own and evolve Azure infrastructure using Terraform and manage Kubernetes clusters for a distributed microservices platform. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and observability tooling to ensure system reliability and fast deployments.
