The Onboarding Specialist manages a portfolio of customer projects from kickoff to launch, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. They also provide personalized virtual product training and coordinate with internal teams to resolve implementation challenges.
You will own the roadmap and strategy for third-party integrations, APIs, and SDKs while managing payment gateway integrations end-to-end. You will also serve as the internal subject matter expert, collaborating with engineering and external partners to ensure successful product rollouts.
Conduct 3-4 customized product demonstrations daily while leading discovery conversations to position the platform as a solution. Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM, finalize sales, and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and documentation.
