The Manager, Franchise Tech Systems leads the support and operation of franchisee-facing business systems, including POS platforms like Mindbody and Booker. This role acts as a player-coach, managing a support team while serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues and driving process improvements.
Provide technical support and system administration for appointment-based POS systems across multiple franchise brands. Manage operational tasks for franchise openings, transfers, and closures while contributing to software rollouts and process improvements.
Develop and execute membership pre-sale campaigns to drive growth for new studio openings. Generate and convert prospective member leads while providing performance reports and strategic recommendations for acquisition and retention.
