The Training Delivery Specialist will develop and deliver instructional content for IT tools, specifically Microsoft 365 and related technologies, to FAA personnel. They are responsible for managing training calendars, documenting metrics, and providing ongoing support to the user community.
Conduct in-depth technical and programmatic cybersecurity assessments of government systems while providing project leadership and mentorship to team members. Develop and communicate program strategies, maturity models, and actionable roadmaps to strengthen enterprise security governance and mission assurance.
