The Cyber Assessment Team Lead will manage a team of security professionals to conduct comprehensive assessments of IT and OT systems. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with federal mandates, developing assessment strategies, and providing risk-based recommendations to strengthen the organization's security posture.

The Senior Cybersecurity and IT Assessor will conduct technical and programmatic inspections to evaluate the effectiveness of government cybersecurity systems and compliance. They will also provide task leadership, mentor team members, and support the maturation of the assessment program through methodology development and strategic planning.
