The Product Support Specialist is responsible for triaging and resolving inbound EDI issues, monitoring file processing, and ensuring data accuracy. They act as a liaison between customers, partners, and internal teams to manage configuration changes and provide technical support.
You will map business processes and identify opportunities to automate manual tasks through scripting, system integrations, and data pipelines. You will also build and maintain automated workflows that connect data across systems to deliver actionable insights for functional teams.
