Define and lead the enterprise strategy for data warehousing, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to support mission-critical decision making. Oversee the design and operational maturity of scalable data platforms and pipelines while partnering with executive stakeholders to drive business value.

The Process Engineer will drive sustainable improvements in operational efficiency, safety, and quality across USIC's processes. This includes observing and evaluating processes, applying Six Sigma methodologies, and facilitating project updates.
