Lead and develop the test management team while delivering manufacturing test strategies and solutions for SoC products, including test program releases, screening, production flows, and database integration. Partner with Test, Quality, Packaging, and Operations teams to improve yield and quality, reduce test costs and defective parts, analyze production data, and support mass production and customer-return investigations.
Develop and release high-volume manufacturing test strategies and solutions for SoCs, including wafer sort, final test, and system-level testing, while improving test coverage, yield, quality, and cost. Integrate manufacturing data and analytics, manage production flows and lot disposition, and collaborate with test, quality, packaging, and operations teams to resolve issues and accelerate mass production.
Develop and execute field and channel marketing strategies, partner plans, integrated demand-generation campaigns, and co-marketing programs to increase engagement, pipeline, and channel revenue. Coordinate with Sales, Channel Sales, Sales Enablement, and Marketing; manage partner events and resources; and measure performance, MDF effectiveness, and campaign ROI.
