Course Facilitators support educators in an online professional development course by answering questions and monitoring progress. They are responsible for grading assignments using rubrics and providing supportive written feedback to learners.

Evaluate undergraduate applications and essays to determine admission eligibility based on board requirements. Validate final high school and college transcripts to support the finalization process.

Lead and manage regional recruitment efforts to attract a talented freshman class while supervising a team of Regional Admissions Officers. Develop comprehensive outreach plans and maintain relationships with school counselors and community organizations.

Postdoctoral Scholars will collaborate with Dr. Wei Li on funded projects centered on developing quantitative research methods and/or conducting the causal evaluation of educational programs. This is a 12-month, time-limited appointment that is renewable annually based on funding and performance.
