You will design and deploy agent-based AI systems by integrating language models with internal and external tools to solve complex business problems. You will take end-to-end ownership of the AI lifecycle, from discovery and prototyping to production monitoring, evaluation, and scaling.

You will design, build, and manage AI agents to optimize business processes and decision-making across the company. This involves identifying opportunities for automation, connecting agents with internal tools, and measuring their impact on productivity and quality.

You will collaborate with the Head of Product to define product vision and strategy while leading cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle. Additionally, you will monitor product metrics and leverage AI tools to optimize decision-making, documentation, and task automation.

Design and evolve the backend architecture while developing new features using Java. Collaborate with the engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure secure, scalable, and high-quality software delivery.

You will develop and maintain frontend products using React, collaborating with backend, product, and design teams to convert business needs into production-ready features. Additionally, you will participate in architectural decisions, perform code reviews, and leverage AI tools to optimize performance, accessibility, and development workflows.
