The Director of Engineering will lead, manage, and scale a distributed engineering team while driving operational execution and technical strategy. This role involves integrating AI-assisted development tools to improve velocity and ensuring the reliability and scalability of a mission-critical B2B SaaS platform.
You will own the full development lifecycle, designing and building scalable features across web and mobile platforms. Additionally, you will drive platform integrations and leverage AI tools to improve engineering velocity and system reliability.
