The PMO Lead will own the governance, standards, and resource planning for the implementation portfolio while personally managing strategic, complex client projects. They will also lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers across multiple time zones to ensure consistent delivery.
The role involves delivering high-impact clinical work through an AI platform, including care management, prior authorizations, and quality oversight. Additionally, the clinician will partner with product and engineering teams to design workflows and develop clinical content for AI agents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain the Elements web application. Lead end-to-end development across the full stack while ensuring high performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Perform high-impact clinical care management and operational tasks using an AI-powered platform. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design clinical workflows and provide quality oversight through audits and coaching.
