The Receptionist will answer and direct incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with administrative tasks. They will also handle customer inquiries and maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.

The primary responsibility is to serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. This includes addressing concerns, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining customer records.

The Remote Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize large sets of data, analyze it to identify patterns, and create visualizations to communicate findings. They will also collaborate with team members to develop data-driven strategies and present recommendations to clients.
