The Building People

The technician is responsible for programming, configuring, and testing Direct Digital Control (DDC) building automation systems. This includes designing hardware/software, executing system commissioning, and providing owner training.

The developer will implement and customize IBM Maximo solutions, including GUI and script development, to support various government and commercial clients. They are also responsible for data migration, debugging software, and providing technical leadership on project delivery.

The developer will support IBM TRIRIGA solution delivery and implementation for a diverse portfolio of government and commercial clients. Key duties include designing solutions for facility operations and merging RPAM and CMMS capabilities.

The developer will support IBM Maximo and other COTS solution delivery for a diverse portfolio of government and commercial clients. Responsibilities include applying engineering principles to complex assignments and developing innovative methodologies to solve problems.
