The role focuses on evolving cloud infrastructure using Terraform and managing CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions to support a scalable EV charging network. Responsibilities include implementing observability practices, managing data infrastructure like Databricks and Kafka, and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Manage day-to-day operations of nationwide charging and energy assets to ensure network reliability and high customer service standards. Coordinate facility maintenance and serve as the primary technical escalation point for the 24/7 Network Ops team.
