The BCBA will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and supervise RBTs to ensure high-quality care. They will also manage their own caseloads with administrative support for billing, scheduling, and insurance requirements.

The primary responsibility is to drive a consistent flow of qualified families into Tellos by owning the end-to-end client acquisition funnel, from awareness to scheduled therapy. This involves identifying, validating, and building repeatable acquisition systems across channels like Local SEO, Paid acquisition, and referrals.

This role is responsible for owning the entire operating system of the company, from initial referral to the first therapy hour, focusing on making service delivery fast, reliable, and repeatable for families and providers. Key duties include designing and owning end-to-end service operations, building scalable systems and standard operating procedures, and defining the operational scorecard metrics.

The recruiter will own full-cycle recruiting for RBTs and BCBAs, managing the entire pipeline from posting to offer, and actively sourcing candidates using various channels. A key responsibility is partnering with BCBAs and Operations to ensure cases are staffed quickly by understanding real case needs and quickly filling gaps.

Lead clinically by conducting assessments and designing treatment plans. Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs while ensuring high fidelity in protocol implementation.
